Do I have to invite others?
While it is not required, we highly recommend inviting others to provide input as it can help you uncover blind spots and validate your beliefs about your performance. The more input you receive, the more accurate your results will be.
What if I dont receive enough responses?
You can send reminders to the people you’ve invited every three days, or you can invite more people to provide input. We recommend getting input from at least five people to compensate for any biases any one person might have. Even if you can’t get input from five people, the results can still be valuable, but might be less accurate.
